♡ GENERAL:
♥︎ Any scammers/clients who break or have broken my TOS will be blacklisted from my services.
♥︎ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission necessary. This may be for a number of reasons such as:

client did not read/follow tos, request is outside of my artistic abilities/is on my wont draw list, incomplete transaction or no response, personal situation has arisen or wont be able to complete the commission, and so on.

♥︎ You will receive a full refund if I decide to cancel the commission.
♥︎ If you decide to cancel the commission, refunds will be based on commission progress. I may decline cancellation and refuse a refund if I am past the sketch stage. Any cancellations made before payment is sent, will be accepted!
♥︎ Any disrespect or rudeness will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation and/or blacklist.
♥︎ All commission updates will be heavily watermarked until full payment has been recieved.

♡ REVISIONS:
♥︎ Sketch and minor revisions are free.
♥︎ Minor revisions, during and after the sketch phase, are okay and do not have a limit.
♥︎ Major revisions after the sketch phase will cost extra. This includes: Full redraws, reposing, full background changes, character changes, and more.
♥︎ Any mistakes made on my part will be free of charge. This includes: missing details that were previously spoken about, typos, etc.
♥︎ Any mistakes made due to miscommunication on the client's end will not be eligible for free revisions. Please make sure to include as much info as possible and to check your info is correct before commissioning me.

♡ TAT:
♥︎ All commission TATs are dependant on queue length, detail levels, drawing times, my health, and personal life.
♥︎ Once started, a commission will usually take around 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on your requests. The TAT will be confirmed at the start of the sketch phase. If the process is expected to take longer, I will send progress updates and confirm that you are okay with this.
♥︎ Any commissions that take longer than 1 month from when I start the sketch, without a status update, may be cancelled at the client's will and will recieve a full refund.

♡ PAYMENT PROCESS:
♥︎ All sketch commissions are to be paid 100% upfront.
♥︎ All rendered commissions are to be paid 100% after the sketch is accepted.
♥︎ Clients must pay an extra fee for strict deadlines/rush work.
♥︎ Chargebacks are considered contract violations and will result in blacklisting.

♡ ARTIST USAGE:
♥︎ I can use commissions as art examples and post them on social media, with a commission watermark so they cannot be stolen.
♥︎ I will not use commissions for commercial designs such as merchandise or reselling.
♥︎ Incomplete/refunded commission's artworks are fully owned by me and can be used however I please. (Unless otherwise specified.) This does not apply to refunds cancelled by me.

♡ CLIENT USAGE:
♥︎ You can use commissioned artworks for: personal pfps, banners, personal prints, personal keychains, etc, with or without credit. (Credit preffered! <3)
♥︎ Commissioned artworks are strictly not for commercial usage. This includes any form of profits made using my art - direct or indirect. With the exception of content creators, who must pay an extra fee to use my art in such ways.
♥︎ If used for content creation or public profiles, you must give me credit whilst using my works. (eg. in bios, artist credits, etc)
♥︎ If posting on social media, you must credit me using my @ for that social media and/or my linktree.
♥︎ You may not claim the artwork(s) as your own.
♥︎ You may not use my art for/with/alongside anything ai/NFT related, illegal, political, or controversial.
♥︎ You may not remove my watermark(s).
♥︎ You may not alter my artworks in any way, shape, or form unless given permission to do so first.

♡ NOTE: By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, and are therefore reliable for any consequences that come from breaking them. ♡ COMMISSION PROCESS:
1. Read all info provided! Make sure you have read everything , including my TOS and wont draw list.
2. Fill out my commission form! Link here Include a description of what you'd like me to draw!
3. I will review the form answers and decide if I can fulfil your request. I will then contact you via the info provided if accepted!
4. I will ask you follow up questions if needed and will confirm the price with you before starting! Start date depends on my commission queue, and personal life.
5. I will contact you when I am able to start and will ask for your preferred payment method. Once confirmed and/or payed, I will start the sketch phase.
6. I will confirm you are happy with the sketch, make any adjustments, collect payments if not already done so, and move onto further steps, if applicable. I will send updates after each session and make sure you are still happy with the result.
7. I will send you the final piece, and confirm you are happy, before finishing the commission process! :)
